Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Plan for the team in identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients within the fintech ecosystem (e.g., BBPS, Payment Gateways, NBFCs, UPI Payments, Channel Sales, Distribution Network, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (e.g., CxOs, Tech Heads, Risk Committees) at client organizations.
- Deliver compelling technical and functional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages of our solutions.
- Lead negotiations on contracts and commercial terms, ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience in collaboration with internal teams (product, operations, compliance, technology).
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (e.g., NPCI, RBI guidelines) to inform sales strategies and product development teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on business development and client relationship management.
- 5+ years of experience in the fintech industry.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
